The Monitoring Center is a CSAA 5 Diamond facility, offering exceptional customer service by a well trained staff. Operators are available 24/7 to guide you through an alarm and dispatch the appropriate emergency services.

Your secure information is stored on four redundant continuously updated servers. The monitoring center is also prepared against the unlikely event of natural disaster. It's equipped with generators, fuel and water backup, and buried phone lines direct-in to the phone company. You can rest assured that our state of the art technology and experienced operators are there when you need them.
